It’s an early 90’s movie with Kathy Bates and Jessica Tandy. The restaurant where the movie was filmed is still open in Georgia, and they serve fried green tomatoes there
The only other tomatoes I can think of are the “Killer Tomato” movies, you know “Attack of the Killer Tomatoes” and “Return of the Killer Tomatoes.” My dad is really into B-movies and I’ve been trying to find those two for years.

This is my favorite question in a while.
There is the book “Fried Green Tomatoes at The Whistle Stop Cafe” (The movie title was simply “Fried Green Tomatoes”)
There is the movie “Killer Tomatoes From Outer Space”
There is also a classic mystery called “The Man Who Liked Slow Tomatoes.”
There are lots of kids books with tomatoes in the title, if you do an Amazon search or something similar, but I wouldn’t sat any are famous.
